This ezine is published quarteerly by the Downtown Chander Libraries as a branch of their teen councils. We are an artistic magazine that accepts all sorts of art, but mainly specializing in writing. It is a ezine made by teens for teens!
Updates (1/07/07) The winner for the 1st Issue contest will be announced very soon. The first issue is beginning to be published. The official set opening date is Jan. 31st, 2007.
